The Miamisburg Sportsmen’s Club (MSC or the Club) is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this policy.

The Club collects the information you provide at the time of membership application, membership approval, membership renewal and event registrations solely for the purpose of operating the MSC and delivery of the Activities you participate in and electronic communication you receive. To deliver Activities you participate in and communications you receive, your personal information may need to be shared with Officers and Trustees of the Club and volunteers as needed for the delivery of those specific Activities and/or communications. MSC does not sell or use your data for any other purpose. MSC does not itself collect or hold payment, credit card, or banking information.

Activities means any Club organized event including, but not limited to general and special socials, training, competition leagues, general Membership meetings or any other activity or undertaking which can be reasonably related to a relationship established between or among Members of the Club and/or a Club member’s guest(s).

When you voluntarily submit information through our website, you consent to the use of the information for the stated purpose. When users click the “SUBMIT” button on any of the web forms or any of the website menus found on our site, they are indicating voluntary and informed consent to the use of the information they submit for the stated purpose.

• Collection: All the data we collect, and hold can be seen in your online profile when you login to the Club website (this includes your personal information at membership renewal, event registration and invoice history). Note that payment information is not collected or managed by MSC, but by a separate PCI compliant payment provider.
• Use: Personal data is used solely for the delivery of Activities and communications and to produce summary statistics of membership activity to monitor and adjust the Activities we deliver. Personal data will only be shared outside of MSC with verified 3rd party vendors where it is specifically required to execute functions directly related to club activities and programs; data shared will be limited only to data fields required.

• Information is only disclosed to Officers, Trustees, and volunteers of MSC as needed for Club operations or in support of Club activities.
• For participation in Activities provided by a third-party vendor, members may register for the event using the third-party provider’s website. Your activity on these third-party websites is governed by the security and privacy policies of the relevant third-party websites. It is recommended that you review the privacy policies of third-party websites before using them to ensure that you understand how your information may be used. You should also adjust privacy settings on your account on any third-party website to match your privacy preferences.
• The Directory Profile for each member (searchable by other members) includes member name, membership level, email address, and primary phone.
• Within your profile you may choose which information you wish to share in your profile with other members. At the time of event registration, you can choose if your participation in an event is visible to other members and/or the public or is anonymous. The official means of communication for the MSC is electronic mail (email). Therefore, members may not opt out of electronic communications.

Retention: MSC retains some information for a minimum of 7 years in line with legal, taxation and audit requirements.

• Access: All information you provide as a member of MSC is accessible in your profile when you login to  the Club website, including all event registration and invoice information.
• Photographs & Videos: Photographs and videos may be taken at MSC events and during regular operations. These photographs and/or videos may be used on social media and for promotional purposes. If any member would like an image of themselves removed, they may contact the Membership Officer.
• Cookies: A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates.
• Links to other websites: This website contains links to other sites. Please be aware that the MSC is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statement of every web site that collects personally identifiable information.
• Contact persons: Members can contact the Membership Officer for questions and support regarding privacy.
• Your Consent and Notification of Changes: Subject to the above provisions, and by using our web site, you consent to the collection and use of information by the Club and the terms of this Privacy Policy. We may change our Privacy Policy from time to time, and we will post those changes so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we may disclose it. By using this web site after such changes and posting, you agree to be legally bound and to abide by the changes and other provisions contained in the Privacy Policy.
